Andalus Market had been running for over a decade but its visual identity hadn't evolved since day one. The goal was to create a brand that honoured its cultural roots while feeling fresh and premium enough to compete with modern retail.

The existing identity was fragmented across signage, packaging, and the web. No consistent colour palette, no typographic system, and a website with bounce rates above 70%.
